General:

Internet search and order was very straightforward, prices good, packaging very adequate to protect the part ordered. It's been a funny time with Covid and deliveries, so the only thing that would have made it perfect would have been an email saying to expect it soon. But then again it was a nice surprise when it arrived.

About the product:

The item was undamaged and seems to be very good quality . I love my old vacuum cleaner and it was fantastic to be able to get this universal fitting.
